Shipping and Returns

Every now and then a VW runs into a little trouble at the factory.

But if our inspectors missed something let us know and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you should notify us HERE within seven days from the day you received the goods and once contacted send us a photograph please of the damaged goods. You must be responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery. You are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale.


We ship worldwide and we give various shipping options at point of order. We cannot control the postal services delivery when the address is as per order and we do recommend, particularly for international orders, the Tracked and Signed service. Be aware international orders can take up to six weeks to deliver if you have selected the Economy service as opposed to two weeks for Standard.

Orders from outside the UK or EU may be subject to taxes and duties when they arrive. BEE | TLE | NESS are not responsible for these charges. You are advised to research possible charges that could be imposed before placing and confirming your order. If import duties / taxes are not paid for by yourself when the shipment arrives at the destination, resulting in the order being returned to us or destroyed by customs, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or any other compensation.
